Abstract
The closure of orantral fistulas is one of the most challenging and difficult problems in the field of oral surgery. The authors studied the nature of oroantral fistula ad sinusitis to obtain some usefulness for the diagnosis and treatment plan
of
oroantral fistula. By reviewing the various surgical procedures, we highlighted the advantages, problems and limitations of these techniques and intended to make the selection of the adequate surgical technique easy.

@ES The results were as following:
@EN 1. Oroantral fistula with odontogenic maxillary sinusitis was increasing according to ageing and most commonly found during the age of 50's(26%).
